Darrel Kelly

Darrel Kelly is a health and wellness coach with over 20 years of experience in fitness, nutrition, and mindset training. His personal journey began in his 20s when he overcame his own health challenges, sparking a lifelong passion for understanding the science and psychology of transformation. Darrel brings a unique mix of lived experience and professional expertise to his work.

He has developed proven systems that integrate physical training, evolving nutrition strategies, recovery programs, mindset coaching, and accountability frameworks. These programs are designed to deliver measurable results while fitting seamlessly into the demanding schedules of high-performing executives and corporate teams. With scalable delivery through customised apps and online coaching, Darrel ensures accessibility and consistency for clients worldwide.

Daniel Mansour

With over 25 years of experience, Dan is a performance-driven nutritionist specialising in optimizing human potential through strategic nutrition, discipline, and psychological insight. His work is grounded in the belief that sustained excellence comes not from quick fixes, but from consistent habits and a deep understanding of the mind–body connection.

By integrating performance nutrition with behavioural psychology, he helps individuals and organisations unlock peak physical and mental capacity. The outcome: stronger resilience, sharper focus, and a health foundation that drives high performance at every level.
